นายสุริยะ จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เปิดเผยว่า กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ได้เร่งรัดให้สำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (สมอ.) จัดทำมาตรฐานยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าและที่เกี่ยวข้องออกมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยล่าสุดได้ออกประกาศมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมเอส หรือ มอก.เอส ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานที่กำหนดขึ้นเพื่อให้การรับรองคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของผู้ประกอบการ SMEs หรือวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่ต้องการเครื่องหมายการันตีสินค้าหรือบริการ เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นแก่ผู้บริโภค จำนวน 2 มาตรฐาน ได้แก่ การบริการดัดแปลงรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าและการบริการดัดแปลงรถจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า หลังผู้บริโภคให้ความสนใจเปลี่ยนมาใช้ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าเพิ่มมากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในขณะเดียวกันผู้บริโภคบางส่วนเลือกที่จะนำรถยนต์หรือรถจักรยานยนต์ที่มีอยู่ไปดัดแปลงให้เป็นรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าหรือรถจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า เพื่อประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อรถไฟฟ้าคันใหม่ จึงนับว่าเป็นโอกาสที่ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ที่อยู่ในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ หรือ อู่ซ่อมรถต่าง ๆ จำนวนหลายร้อยรายในประเทศ จะได้มีโอกาสพัฒนาศักยภาพการให้บริการ และมีเวลาปรับตัวเพื่อเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าในอนาคต และหากพัฒนาจนได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานการบริการดัดแปลงรถไฟฟ้า ก็สามารถสร้างโอกาสเติบโตทางธุรกิจดัดแปลงรถยนต์สันดาปเป็นรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV Conversion) ได้

นายบรรจง สุกรีฑา เลขาธิการสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า สำหรับมาตรฐาน มอก.เอส การบริการดัดแปลงรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า และ มอก.เอส การบริการดัดแปลงรถจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าที่ สมอ. กำหนดขึ้นนั้น เป็นมาตรฐานสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs โดยเฉพาะ โดยมาตรฐานนี้จะครอบคลุมการบริการดัดแปลงรถเพื่อให้สามารถใช้มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าเพียงอย่างเดียวเป็น เครื่องกำเนิดพลังงานที่ใช้ในการขับเคลื่อน แต่ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงบริการทดสอบ บริการตรวจสอบ บริการออกหนังสือรับรองความมั่นคงแข็งแรงของรถและส่วนควบหรือเครื่องอุปกรณ์ของรถ และบริการยื่นขออนุญาตให้ใช้รถที่ทำการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมหรือดัดแปลงตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยรถยนต์และกฎหมายว่าด้วยการขนส่งทางบก เพื่อให้สถานประกอบการที่ให้บริการดัดแปลงรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าหรือรถจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า มีระบบการจัดการคุณภาพการบริการที่มีมาตรฐาน ซึ่งจะสร้างความเชื่อถือให้แก่ผู้บริโภคมากขึ้น และยกระดับมาตรฐานการให้บริการให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs อีกด้วย

สำหรับในปี 2566 สมอ. จะประกาศมาตรฐาน มอก.เอส ใหม่ อีก 50 มาตรฐาน รวมทั้งแก้ไขทบทวนมาตรฐานเดิมอีก 30 มาตรฐาน รวมเป็น 80 มาตรฐาน เช่น การบริการออกแบบ ดัดแปลง และตกแต่งรถ
การบริการท่องเที่ยวสำหรับกลุ่มสูงอายุ การบริการติดตั้งกระจกรถยนต์ การบริการติดตั้งหรือดัดแปลงเครื่องยนต์ ผ้าอ้อมรักษ์โลก ที่นอนลดแผลกดทับ (ที่นอนโฟมยางพาราเจาะรู) และภาชนะเซรามิกสำหรับประคบร้อนเย็น เป็นต้น ซึ่งหากผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ต้องการยื่นขอรับการรับรองมาตรฐาน มอก.เอส สามารถยื่นคำขอออนไลน์ได้ที่ https://service.tisi.go.th/e-sdo/web/request/create โดยสามารถสอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ กองกำกับองค์กรด้านการมาตรฐาน โทร 0 2430 6826 ในเวลาราชการ เลขาธิการ สมอ. กล่าวทิ้งท้าย
